Vibe Tribe is a dance party that nurtures mental and physical health while advancing curriculum goals. As children discover new moves, they build confidence in both their ideas and expressive abilities. 

 

Dance lowers stress by releasing built-up energy, giving students a natural outlet to reset their emotions. Joyful movement translates into sharper focus when they return to academic tasks, supporting overall learning.

This staff appreciation event, was alive with energy as everyone let loose on the dance floor. Every spin and shared smile turned into a moment of connection, creating memories that brought the team closer.

 

By the end, the energy in the room reflected not just fun, but a stronger bond and a renewed sense of togetherness.

Meet the Founder

 

Nothing brings me more joy than being able to lift someone up and make them feel confident, motivated and inspired. It’s imperative to do what you love and with my extensive background in fitness and dance, it only made sense to combine these passions and create Arts Movement. 
 

For over 20 years I’ve been blessed to witness positive change in my clients. I am overjoyed every time I see the smiles that appear when people lose themselves in the music or accomplish a health goal they thought they never could.

 

Good health is the key to unlocking the door to a happier, more fulfilling life. By offering my expertise in wellness, my mission is to bring joy, vitality and unity to students, corporate teams and senior residences alike, fostering well-being and creating memorable experiences.

Our Mission

 

For over 20 years, our mission has always been to encourage and uplift people through dance. Dance is an international language that brings people together, bridging cultures, class, religion, generations, politics, geography and even language barriers, reminding us that joy and connection are stronger than the things that divide us. 

 

Harvard Medical School professor, Dr I-Min Lee says, "Sitting is the new smoking." The World Health Organization confirms that a sedentary lifestyle significantly increases your chances of diabetes, cancer, heart disease and stroke. With people spending more time seated in front of their computers and smartphones, it is more important than ever to shake it!

 

Dance offers a multitude of benefits for people in every stage of life, not only improving physical health but also enhancing mental wellbeing and cognitive function.
